Progress Environmental, LLC performed asbestos abatement and hazardous materials remediation throughout The Geneva, DC’s Largest-Ever Office-to-Residential conversion.  The project included removal of 20,000 LF of Insulation Seam Sealant, 300,000 SF of Floor Tile & Associated Mastic, 30,000 SF of Window Glazing, and 9,000 LF of Perimeter Wall Glue Dots.

Located at 1825–1875 Connecticut Avenue NW, the 604,000-square-foot property is being transformed into The Geneva, a 15-story, LEED-certified residential development. The redevelopment will also include approximately 57,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, bringing new residential and retail opportunities to the property.
