223 23rd South (Crystal Plaza 5) is an eleven-story office building with two sub-grade levels and comprises a total of approximately 135,000 square feet. Contracted to remove all asbestos containing materials from the Cystal Plaza 5 building and affected garage/retail areas prior to structural demolition of the building.
