Progress Environmental is grateful to have collaborated on the vibrant resurgence of a key section of downtown Silver Spring. The demolition of the Elizabeth House, located at 1400 Fenwick Lane, is scheduled for the Spring 2025 completion. Progress Environmental’s skilled design teams successfully implemented suspended platforms to abate perimeter waterproofing throughout the hulking 200,000 SF building. Pre-demolition work was safely completed ahead of schedule.
