Fairfax County Historic Courthouse

Progress Environmental successfully completed the removal of asbestos from the historic Fairfax County Courthouse prior to its scheduled demolition. Spanning from February 12, 2024, to May 31, 2024, this critical project ensured the safety and compliance of the site for future developments. Under the supervision of Orlin Sosa, a team of ten skilled laborers meticulously worked on asbestos abatement from wings E and C, covering a total of 38,000 square feet.

Utilizing wet methods for safe and efficient asbestos removal, our team demonstrated a commitment to preserving the integrity and safety of historic sites.
